We booked Mercure for a short 4-day stay and found clean, well-appointed rooms with a massive, comfortable bed. The area also had great cafes, bakeries, and restaurants, including Les Trois Garcons. It's conveniently located within a 15-minute walk of the Eiffel Tower and close to the Metro. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage early and quickly sorting out any issues, like the heating. Underground private parking was a bonus feature.

The hotel was more than I expected.. friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms and clean and quite hall ways. parking price was acceptable. security was good. hotel was near by supermarket if you needed any thing. and there was gas station near by.

breakfast was not that good.. people there did not speak English but they tried to help. underground was 15 minutes walking.

The room exceeded our expectations with an impressively spacious bed measuring approximately 2.40 meters wide. The hotel's location is ideal, surrounded by great cafes, bakeries, and restaurants, including the quaint Les Trois Garcons. Additionally, it is conveniently only a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, with nearby access to the metro. The availability of secure private parking also played a significant role in our decision to choose this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel facilities were great. I was able to find parking easily and the transportation was very convenient as it was located near useful metro lines that took me to many destinations without having to change trains. Additionally, the hotel was located in a convenient area with many options available for food and drinks before restaurants opened, making it easy to have something handy at night or in the afternoon. The staff was also exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and comfortable.

The Hotel Staff was wonderful, the room is large, the bed is fantastically comfy, all of the amenities like soaps, shower gels, complementary water were fantastic.The breakfast...ohhh the breakfast... is truly amazing. You have a wide selection of buffet meals that are truly pleasurable. Peace and quiet is another key factor for this hotel as I managed to sleep after 5 long days of walking 11 hours per day in Paris like a Rock in the comfy bed.

One of the persons who were handling the morning breakfast was a bit rude and unhelpful. The other 2 or 3 were great! Take a map with you in order to find the hotel because you have about 5-10 minutes of walking from the Convention station.

The hotel was acceptable very clean and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was very good except at the weekend when the regular lady was not there. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The price was on the topside for the hotel. If any thing the hotel was a good walk to the local underground which you need to get about Paris.

The rooms were immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep of my life. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities provided, such as the in-room heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar, added to the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel also offered a delicious welcome drink, which was a lovely touch.

The only problem I had was that the washbasin was partially blocked. I did not have time to tell the staff so I just endured it.

The location of this hotel is great with several great restaurants around the area. It is relatively close to the Eiffel tower and there are two metro stations close by, Boucicaut being the closest. The rooms are generally clean, with comfortable beds and modern features. The service is good with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is impressive with wide ranges of options to choose from.

The showerhead is placed in an awkward position in relation to the plug and enclosure opening making it hard to enjoy your shower comfortably.
